Terms and Conditions for Pay for Positive SEO Results

• At NextPinnacle the approach to Pay for SEO Results is simple – it is to focus on providing a dedicated service to clients, which sets us above the rest of the competition. We work to exceed client expectations, delivering an error free service that produces results.
• To highlight our professionalism and commitment, a Pre-Analysis Report is sent to the client before the service commences. This report demonstrates current link popularity and current keyword ranking position. At the end of the service a detailed Service Report and Progress Report are sent to the client. These reports showcase rankings before and after service commenced, which will help to effectively cross check results and display resulting return on investment.

Payment terms for Pay on Results

• To demonstrate that our focus is not so much monetary as providing a results oriented service, we ask the client to pay only 40% of the total fee for the package selected upfront. This is by way of an initial deposit to confirm the order and is non refundable should the client wish to cancel.
• Remainder of the fee of 60% will only become due when we send the client a Positive Ranking Report. This report will illustrate that positive results have been achieved. For example, if a keyword was ranked 52nd before the service began and then moved up to 45th position after the service started, it is a clear indicator that the ranking was improved by our service. This is usually after SEO methodologies have been in place for at least 30 days. However, this could be sooner depending on keyword popularity that drives the results. We will run the report every few days because of ranking fluctuations. In short, the 60% balance will only become payable once positive results are obtained.

Clarification on payment of remaining 60% - The client is required to pay this outstanding amount when:

• The Progress Ranking Report shows definite keyword ranking improvement.
• Link Popularity – same terms hold good but here the results are based solely on ranking, which is our main aim.

The client is exempted from paying the outstanding amount when

• The Progress Ranking Report shows clearly that keyword ranking has not improved.
• For example, if a keyword was ranked 52nd before the service began and then stayed at 52nd position (or higher) after the service started, it is a clear indicator that the ranking was not improved by our service.

Exceptions

• We will check the ranking for a period of 4-5 days to confirm that the actual rank is the same as what is listed in the Pre-Analysis Report. The reason being, rankings tend to fluctuate and it is quite possible that the rank that shows up at the time of analysis of the client’s website could well be a false one. Therefore in order to minimize variation in ranking, we will monitor ranking over 4-5 days to make sure that the current rank is the actual one.
• The same terms hold good for link popularity.

The split fee payment is a one time (first month) only offer to any new client doing business with NextPinnacle for the very first time. Should the client wish to renew service (for any package) in the 2nd month and beyond, the total fee becomes due in advance.

In order to achieve top ranking, link building work needs to proceed at a regular pace for at least 5-7 months. Further, keyword competitiveness varies and this means top ranking cannot be achieved in just one month. However, because we provide such a superior service, which is results oriented, we can guarantee that in just a few short months of regular service your company will have top ranking.
