• Customer can not cancel their orders and we are not legally responsible to refund once they place the order.

Time Limitation

• Completion time of order is mentioned in various packages but not bind tightly, if any delay occur because of any reason, like your sites long description, title, or any delay from our network problem, then you have to keep passion and co-operate with us.
• Time taken by directory editor to approve your site is beyond our control and we are not giving any guarantee for approval time limit.

Transation Security

We accept payment through PayPal and credit card but we don’t collect any private information of your payment, which information is secured by paypal only so you also agree privacy of PayPal.

Others

• Nextpinnacle is not liable to any loss of transaction, loss of popularity of your site, loss of customer, loss of data, and any other loss incur directly and/or indirectly using our service.
• You are agreeing that all right reserve to nextpinnacle and accept all decision made by nextpinnacle in any alter condition.
